I have just found the database feature, which is going to massively help give my website a universal layout - however, I am copying and pasting the text into the cells of the database from my old site layout, and the fonts are not staying consistent - some going to timesnewroman some staying as the font I wrote it in trebuchet MS and some going to the default of proxima nova .
My query is: how do I convert all my text cells to one font at the same time, rather than wasting m time doing every cell manually (at the moment I have several hundred cells). Is there some code I can use?
Also I uploaded a font to the main website editor (trebuchet MS), but do not have access to this now in the database builder - can I not use this in the database?
Hi,
Do you use rich text or regular text field? You can simply use a regular text field and bind it to the collection. You should be able to use the font you uploaded when editing the style of the text box.
Hi, thanks for your reply! That work around is useful for my header fields, however I have some bold, underlined and italic text, as well as bullet points (rich text) - how can I make them all the same font as well?
The workaround is, as suggested above, using a regular text field and edit the desired design of the text box using the editor. When binding it to the collection, the design will stay the same but the text will be changed.
