Question:
I have just recently launched 2 websites (via wix editor) for two different clients. With the first client launch was routine and as usual editing the MX records was routine as well. When launching the second website a few days ago was routine as well, except for one crucial thing. The interface from WIX was altered and NO OPTION to edit MX records provided. This particular client put a lot of effort into promoting the launch of the website included printed materials. The Email system is dead due to the inability to access and configure MX records, Client is crazy mad at this situation. WIX is aware of the problem, but no response in 4 days. Has anyone had this issue and found a workaround? Desperate Developer

Problem: trying to edit MX records
I reviewed procedures
via WIX help system. Contacted tech support 3 times, and they walked me though a few things, but were just as baffled as I am at this point.
