You can change the text from the Website dashboard, In the store, you have the product category tab where you can change the text of your product category and set the cover image.

If you want to change the style, go to the website editor, product widget editing options>design>header>product description

in my product category tab - i can set the name and the image but cannot see where to do the description - can also see how to change style and layout - BUT not the wording

Does this help

Wix Product Description

brilliant and thank you - but mine doesn’t look like that - as soon as i click on the category tab it goes to

I do not have the top text box.

Is it inside the Wix Store App?

The Wix Store app should have this feature. If possible, may you send a little screen recording of what your app dashboard looks like. You can add it here or send via message.

sorry but the mp4 i have just made wont load up here

You can upload video on google drive or one drive and share the link, or just YouTube would do(set it to unlisted)

hope this works

Thanks!

You are right, there is no description option. It could be the older version of the Wix Store App. When did you create this site? May you go to the Manage App and see if there is any update option for the Wix Store.

If there is not, try this: Export all the products from the store into csv file, uninstall the Wix Store and reinstall it, and then import the product CSV again.

Thank you for all of your help - will investigate further - at least I am not going mad
