I’m new to Editor X and some of the Wix tools, such as “Ascend”.
Question? Does Editor X have the same marketing/CRM tools as Wix?
Or does Editor X have a better CRM tool?
Are they effective?

Ascend will be the same for Classic Wix builders and Editor X, as it is a dashboard tool, are you interested in some advanced/extra features?
Thank you for the answer. No, I am not looking for extra features. I am searching this for a client that wanted to get away from Wix and go with, gohighlevel CRM. I’m just trying to save them a little money and I don’t think they have fully used the Ascend products on Wix or editor X at this time. I use HubSpot that integrates with Wix and editor X but I am still just trying to save them a little bit of money if they can use the tools that currently exist for their website since the one product they sell is very simple. I think I need to do some Advanced SEO work and use the Ascend tools to help them out. Thanks again for the reply.
Editor X does provide access to Ascend by Wix, which includes a suite of marketing and CRM tools. So, in that sense, you’ll find the CRM capabilities between Editor X and Wix are quite similar. Ascend has email campaigns, chat, workflows, and more. The effectiveness largely depends on how well you use these tools to meet your specific needs.
Since you’re curious about CRMs, you might also be interested in scheduling and time management within your business interactions. I recently read a blog post about Calendly Google Calendar integration. Even though it’s not directly related to Editor X or Wix, it’s a great tool to add to your CRM strategy for more seamless client management.
