Email custom form submission to 'form-filler' and site owner

I understand that it’s possible to use custom code and SendGrid, or similar, to send email notifications of custom form submissions.

Is it possible to send the whole contents of the form submission (all form fields with answers) to the email of both the ‘form-filler’ and the site owner?
