It shows and works fine on desktop live site, but wont show up on the mobile live site

If your html code is from a third party provider, then you need to be going back to their own support for help with this, which in your case it looks to be Admarz.
Wix does not provide support for code provided by third parties that it has not had the chance to test it works etc.
