Since about 2 hours my website is showing Error 500.

I would like to have my website back running as I’m running an add leading to a special landing page that is not working properly. (It doesnt’ work in 8 from 10 times)
I published my website again, to be sure everything is up to date. Nothing helped.
Does anybody else have the same issue? My Facebook ad has been taken down already because the link doesn’t work. But i double checked everything. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesnt.

EDIT: After I try to re-upload an older working version there is a new error. -10124 That it can’t be uploaded right now. I should come back in a couple of minutes. But it’s now almost 3 hours since I first had the issue
