Wix Editor Not Loading

Wix editor won’t load. I get either a blank editor or a black page. The browser tells me the page has timed out every time.

I’ve tried different browsers, different computers, and different network connections. My colleague is having the same issue. It has been happening for the past 2 weeks.

The website is live and working fine.

Since this has been happening for 2 weeks, it sounds more likely that this is a local issue. I’ve also not seen other reports about this.

The best action is to open a ticket with Customer Care who will be able to assist better :slight_smile:
