I’m having trouble with:
Setting up a Facebook & Instagram Ads campaign via Wix Ads. When I try to proceed to checkout after selecting a budget, I receive a system error.

What I’m trying to do:
I am trying to subscribe to a monthly Facebook & Instagram Ads campaign package and complete the checkout process successfully.
What happens instead:
I receive the following error message:
“If you report this error to Customer Care, share this request ID so they can investigate.
Request ID: 1771460939.3776241231111295”
The error appears on the budget selection / checkout page.
What I’ve tried so far:

Refreshed the page

Logged out and back in

Tried different budget options

Cleared browser cache

Attempted from another browser
The issue persists.
Could someone please advise:

What might be causing this error?

Whether this is a billing issue, Facebook connection issue, or a Wix technical error?
