Facebook connection in social media post package not possible

Question:
I bought a social media post package, and the connection to LinkedIn, X and Youtube works good, but I cannot connect my page to Facebook and Instagram, even as I got the administration account and the rights for the facebook accounts. What can this problem be, who can help?

What are you trying to achieve:
I hope to receive informations to solve my problem and get facebook and Instagramm integrated

What have you already tried:
I put all administrations rights in Facebook, checked the instagram account if it is a business account. Normally, I use the meta business suite and there, everything ist correct, but even in facebook professional and sites, everything is ok.

Make sure your Facebook Page is connected to a verified Business Manager and linked to an Instagram business account.
In Wix, go to Marketing Integrations > Social Posts and reconnect via the Meta login.
If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding Wix’s permissions in your Meta Business Suite.

I’d double check that the Facebook Page is linked to the same account you’re logging in with and that you’ve granted all permissions. Reconnecting the account and reauthorizing often fixes it.
