I’m having trouble with
WIXVibe has been constantly giving the above error whenever I ask it to change anything for the last 4 days. When I ask it to do something, it also often states that it is starting to do a previous named task but then again fails
What I’m trying to do
Building a website which was working perfectly until a few days ago
What I’ve tried so far
Have tried clearing Cache, re-starting computer(s), logging in and out, different internet/WiFi connections, tried on PC and Mac, contacting customer support (they said no problem their end and I would have to pay for them to look into it)
I took a look at the Wix Vibe documentation and I feel this is best reported as an issue if you are sending your request and the service isn’t completed.
The best place to report an issue is via the steps outlined in this topic and I would include the screenshot you shared here with them and if possible, the code tab. They’ll ask if they need anything else to help find the issue via email.
did you find any solution to this? my website is showing the same error continuously, despite clearing cache data etc. in fact, i am unable to make manual edits as well, it says couldn’t save your request due to an internal technical issue. if anyone has found a solution please let me know. you can mail me at niraj@adsmith.in
