The Wix Studio Community Forum is a space for you to ask questions, discuss complex topics and collaborate with other Studio creators.

If you think you’ve experienced a bug or issue, here’s what to do:

• Check the Known Issues or Status page - we may be aware already.
  • If you find your issue, you can follow it to be notified when it’s resolved.
• Follow the troubleshooting steps here.
• If your issue isn’t listed or persists after troubleshooting, please contact Customer Care to report it.

Note: before submitting a bug report, find the following information to include in your report

• The site name
• The site URL (if published)
• The page name in Editor where the issue is occurring
• The page URL (if published)
• The element(s) which you are having trouble with
• Any code that might be related
• A detailed description of the issue
• The desired vs. expected behavior
• A screenshot (or a screencast) of the issue
