As an organization that manages events across multiple states and regional offices, we would greatly benefit from more granular event permissions. Currently, staff can either be given limited check-in access or broader event management permissions, but there is no option for event coordinators to view and export attendee data without also receiving permissions that could impact event settings.
We would like to see a role that allows users to:

View event registrants and guest lists

Export attendee data and reports

Access check-in and attendance reports

Filter attendees by custom fields (such as state or region)

Manage communications with registrants
while restricting access to:

Event settings

Ticketing and pricing

Coupons and discounts

Registration forms

Website design and content
This would make Wix Events much more practical for organizations with regional staff, volunteers, and event coordinators who need access to attendee information but should not have administrative control over the event itself.
