Question:
I’m looking for a way to store private information specific to users. This information would only be accessible by the specific user to whom it is directed and the website’s admins.

Essentially: I create accounts for users on different platforms, eg: Netflix
Users should be able to update their “global password.” When we update or create users’ new accounts, we use that password, and then they use the same.
I’d like the option for both me and the user to be able to change the password.
I, for resetting purposes, and the client for setting it as their desired password that I’ll then use and update throughout.

I was thinking of making it optional for the user to either choose a different password per platform or have it as a global password.

The other thing was giving users unique IDs which would be accessible to only admins and would give each user their ID identifying them correctly

Additionally, I wanted to be able to update users’ orders through me.

I purchase items on behalf of users, so I wanted to track the items I bought for each user and have it uploaded so they have a history of everything they bought through us along with the picture price and date.

My original idea was to be able to keep everything in the one user profile that’s already made with Wix. but if it’s not possible to edit that profile itself I have to make a separate member page. Would it all be possible? Also if you have any general design tips on how I should go about designing it to be as clean and user-friendly as possible
Now I know this may be a little over the top, but it’s just a general direction I need pointing to. If anyone can be extra descriptive on the exact steps it would be better. But even if it’s just a general point in the right direction. Telling me what is and isn’t possible. Any of this would be greatly appreciated.

To sum it up to the simplest point.
I need user-secured data, on a member page that only the user its meant to access (not global for all member viewings. Only 1 member and any page admin)
The user can input and change data as they deem fit.)
(as it just came to me is it possible to get a notification once they change this data)

Also,
A way to track and show user items that they bought with us (not through wix stores but from third-party stores that we purchase goods from them in)

Each Wix Member have unique ID so there is no need to do that. You can create a collection for collecting passwords and set the permission and privacy of that collection to members who create the password. This will solve the problem of privacy and permission.

Finally, you can create an Automation using CMS to send emails on updates. The member page has option to create a custom page now where you can add and select the member’s passwords.

Thanks for both the replies. It helped a bit my mind just feels far right now so taking me a bit to wrap around it. I’m going to have a deep dive into it soon again where i’d be able to piece it together.
But if your up for help we can take this to discord or something where you can show me more details when you see my full site.
Doing it here is also a choice. Just trying to finish wrap my head around it. Was away from wix for a bit.
