We’re happy to announce the roll-out of a much awaited feature— Pricing Plans customers can now update their payment methods on active subscriptions !
This means that customers will be able to switch payment methods or update their details without having to cancel the subscription and resubscribe. You can read more about this feature and how to guide your customers through the process this knowledge base article .
Keep in mind this release is currently rolling out to English sites only , but soon it will open in all languages.
