Currently, the allowable automations around Workflows are limited. As a main component of Wix’s CRM system, this definitely needs to be broader.
An example of a pivotal improvement would be:
Wix Chat allows Triggers based on Visitors visiting a specific page. The Actions associated with these triggers are few - send a message, make a task, etc.
Adding an Action for “Move Card in Workflow” would allow us to track consumers in a sales funnel using Workflows. We need to be able to see who opened that email, clicked that link, and visited the page - indicating they are moving in the Customer Awareness and are ready for the next stage of eMail Campaigns. Moving the car can be used to trigger the next phase of marketing emails and enable multi-email campaigns based on user action.
This not only improves the CRM for Wix clients but also ensures international email compliance by making sure that customers are not receiving email campaigns that they are already “passed” or not interested in - which also improves the Wix email server reputation.
