I’d like to suggest a feature that I believe would be highly valuable to many of us who use Wix to run service-based businesses.
Current Challenge:
At the moment, accessing insights and making data-driven decisions through Wix reports is quite time-consuming. Exporting reports one by one is inefficient, especially for businesses that rely on frequent analysis of bookings, customer behavior, sales, and marketing performance.
Feature Suggestion:
- Custom Dashboards – The ability to build our own dashboards by selecting specific KPIs, views, and widgets based on what matters to our business.
- Custom Columns & Formulas – Let us add our own calculated fields or columns inside reports (e.g., total spend per customer, booking frequency, retention rate, etc.).
- Batch Export or Scheduled Reports – Enable scheduled exports or the ability to download multiple reports at once in formats like CSV or Excel.
Why This Matters (for Users):
- Saves hours of manual work every month.
- Empowers data-driven decision-making.
- Enables us to track what really matters to our business model.
- Makes it easier to report to partners, accountants, or investors.
Why This Makes Sense (for Wix):
- Provides added value for power users and growing businesses.
- Could be offered as a premium feature or part of a data & analytics add-on.
- Encourages users to stay within the Wix ecosystem rather than exporting data elsewhere.
- Strengthens Wix’s position as an all-in-one platform for professional businesses.
I truly believe this would be a win-win for both Wix and its users.
