Email marketing tool as part of Wix CRM is very useful. In a fraction of time you can prepare an email message and send it to selected contacts.
While you may select groups of contacts, labeled contacts and individual contacts, one important option is missing - exclude contacts. For example, I can select all contacts, but want to exclude existing customers which I group them as Customers. Or would like to exclude English speaking contacts bcs my message is on Macedonian language or vice versa.
On some CRM systems this option is called Refine Segment. This option is common option on the CRM systems and it is in line with the recommendations of Wix to send email messages to targeted group of contacts and not to all.
Thank you.
PS If there is such an option, would like to know where to find it.
Hi Venko, I’ll have our product expert check if this is possible. If not, I will go ahead and forward this feedback to our team and add this request to our feature request log.
Manually means adding the contacts as recipients one by one - this is almost impossible mission. My site has 1500+ members and over 3000 contacts. I am surprised that nobody asked for this functionality so far. Thanks for the efforts Randy!
Hi - did this feature get delivered or added to the backlog? I am also surprised it is not already available, which I have discovered whilst trying to figure out how to exclude existing customers from certain promo emails. Thanks
This sadly does not actually work! I need to email part of my list and cant create a segment that successfully excludes by label, even though it looks like this functionality is suppose to work.
