When a Wix Marketplace lead is created for a partner the current webhook automation capability the only data sent is: first name, last name, email, and phone. This is what I want too! We have over 20+ steps in the automation when a lead created. In the future, we will also integrate with WhatsApp Business API and Jetbrians Space/Notion.so. Hence, full data helps a team to organize task without going into Wix dashboard and check again and again for data. E.g. The phone number from Wix does not do any formatting, so sometimes there are country code but sometimes not. It makes us hard to work with WhatsApp API as the country code must be correct.
I would love to see a better user experience with the management of leads. Not just with new leads, but also with bulk actions with non-responsive leads and canceling them. I’ve given up canceling as too many are stacked and buried.
You are SO right! It is so frustrating to cancel projects one by one! I wish too for some bulk control over it.
