I’ve been a partner for the past 2.5 years and it has been an incredible resource for my business. Recently, I tried to set up an automation that would send information to a webhook when a new lead is created on the Marketplace. The issue is that the webhook data does not include the “Additional Information” form field, which is crucial because it often contains valuable information about the lead’s needs. By not having access to this information, my business is missing out on important details that could help us better serve our customers and potentially generate more sales.
Is there any way that this issue can be fixed? I would greatly appreciate it as it is costing my business to not have access to this information.

I also find this omission massively irritating, You can get the billing address but not a delivery address, and none of the additional fields which make the webhook actually useful. It would be minor development effort to make the extra fields available to the webhook as they are available in the CSV download.
Right now, the only workaround is to pay for a CSV export App from the Wix marketplace. Not an ideal solution but it will send you a 2 x CSV files with every order which includes all the fields.
Wix, please improve your Orders webhooks, to add all the fields, surely very easy to do!
@Richard_Weremiuk I’m glad you found a workaround, but I can understand how it’s not ideal. Have you had to use CSV export apps often for your sites?
