As someone who uses the Quotes and Invoices facility and who recommends it to clients, I would like to request the following that would make the facility much more amenable.

  1. Please can the user specify the payment terms when it asks Set Custom Terms. It is not always relevant to have Net+ terms. e.g. I take 50% payment on acceptance of quote and then 50% on completion. But I have to leave this to default as Due on Receipt. Or a toggle to switch this option off? Payment terms can be covered in the notes at the bottom of the page.
  2. Can the date selector appear UK format 15/10/2020 instead of USA format ( as specified in the site settings)? Some clients find this very annoying!
  3. Once completed, on the Quote/ Invoice, can the Description field open as a box containing all the text rather than a continuous line of text. This makes it very difficult to edit the text if you want to change anything in the description and is very frustrating.
