Hi there! Right now, we have the option in #wixbookings to extend the #expirationdate of a #paidplan or #subscription BEFORE it expires, but not after. But I often want to extend a client’s subscription AFTER it expires (e.g. if the client contacts us to let us know they had extenuating circumstances like an illness or injury). Unfortunately after it expires, I cannot see how many sessions they had left on their subscription before it expired. It will only show zero remaining. So my only option is to go through all their bookings and manually count how many they had used prior to the expiration date. Then I have to add a new subscription to their account and edit the number remaining to be however many they had left prior to expiration. Very time consuming!
