) On Recurring Wix video subscriptions - options for website owner/editor to have the power to cancel wix video channel subscriptions for subscribers. Currently only members/subscribers of paid recurring video channel can cancel on their own - some people are not computer savvy and this is a challenge. Editors need to be able to cancel for them as well as subscribers having control to cancel on their own.

a.) Also on Wix video subscriptions reports to see who is currently subscribed - and having some kind of automatic category note in their contact that they are a video subscriber as soon as they subscribe.

b.) On Wix video subscriptions, when someone unsubscribes or subscribes to the paying channel an email sent to the editor/website owner. There is no notification system for when someone subscribes to the actual channel, only when they become a contact subscriber to the email marketing.
2.) Via Paid Plans - regarding recurring video channel subscriptions - subscribers need to be able to cancel on their own in addition to editor/website owners having the power to cancel/set cancellation date on subscriptions. There needs to be both.
2.a.) Also via Paid Plans with a trial subscription period, the potential subscriber needs to have the power to cancel their trial subscription before the trial period ends. This is another administrative challenge to have to keep track of who’s trial is expiring and when, especially when they forget their trial is over and get charged and then ask for a refund because they " forgot".
2.b.) Trial subscriptions via Paid Plans with recurring subscriptions, there needs to be an automatic email sent out when the trial is about to end giving them the option to cancel or continue. Does this already exist?
2.c.) Via Paid Plans and recurring subscriptions: credit cards. There needs to be a feature where they can update their card number if they want to change cards or update their expiration date without them having to cancel their subscription and then resubscribe. This is another administrative challenge setting this up for each person.
Not having the above options is an administrative nightmare having to constantly cancel for them and getting constant messages and trying to keep track of who wants to cancel and when. They need to be able to pick and choose when to cancel their paying subscriptions as well as the editor having the power to cancel for them.
3.) Having the option to offer promo codes, discounts or coupons for recurring Paid Plan subscriptions AND on Wix video channels in case you want to offer access to the channel as a thank you for their business etc.
