Have you checked Permissions on Collections and on Datasets (read/write)? Have you Synced DB from Sandbox to Live?

why read and write dont we need write only ???

I just just need to submit the data. so why we need to read/write?

@alifraz456 It might be related to who has permission to write. Check the roles that have permission.
