Filter a Wix to FloDesk Zap on TicketType

** How can I find the TicketType field on a Guest record for an event ticket sale?**

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to connect Wix to FloDesk with Zapier so when a ticket is purchased, the customer is added to a Segment in FloDesk. I need to filter on when a VIP ticket is sold. When I export the guest list, I see the “Ticket Type” field in the csv file holds the VIP value I’m looking for but there is not a “TicketType” field in the test data that Zapier gets from Wix. How can I find that field?

What have you already tried:
I downloaded the guest list from the Event in Wix. When I open the csv in a spreadsheet, I can see a lot of fields, including a TicketType field. When I look at the test data that Zapier pulls from Wix to create the Zap, there is no TicketType field. Lots of custom fields, but nothing called TicketType. Nor anything that holds the VIP value I’m trying to filter on.

Additional information:
The Zap is functioning when a ticket is sold, it adds the customer to flodesk. I need to add a filter before the customer is added to flodesk so that if they purchased a VIP ticket they are assigned a specific segment in flodesk

Check wix automations and see if the trigger there holds the desired value you are looking for. Then you can filter it there and send the information to your zap once done.

Thank you for the suggestion. I created an automation in Wix with Ticket Ordered as the trigger. I added a condition but the properties that are displayed are the same that come through to Zapier. I don’t see the TicketType field that is on the exported guest csv file .

That’s weird. There should be some type of ticket id probably generated. You’d probably have to write some velo function to correlate that to the type of ticket.
