Fix customer not receiving emails from site

Question:
I have a customer who can’t sign into their account because they do not receive the login code through their emails. Basically they do not receive our emails. How can I fix this?

Product:
Wix Editor

What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to make sure my customers can receive our emails and log into their accounts. Some of our customers like the one in question do not receive any of our emails, which prevents them from being updated on the events they sign up for and editing their account.

What have you already tried:
I have tried changing the users account username/email login and sending them a password reset link but neither of those worked. They still can not receive our emails. When I email them through my work email they receive my email, however when our site sends them an email they do not receive it.

Hello,

Ask your customer to check their spam/junk/bulk/promotions folder in their email account. Sometimes legitimate emails end up there. If the email notification is in any of these folders, they should mark it as “Not Spam” or move it to their inbox.
Add the email domain site-members.com to the safe-senders list in your customer’s email account. This ensures that emails from your Wix site won’t be filtered out. If your customer is using Outlook or Office 365, they might need to whitelist this domain to receive site member-related emails.
Ensure that your domain is properly connected to Wix. If your domain is connected via name servers, ask your domain host for the MX records and enter them in the domains section of your Wix account. If your domain is connected via pointing, contact your domain host for assistance with managing your mail-related records, as DNS records are managed by them.
If you purchased personalized business email(s) from Wix, verify that your domain is active, MX records are correct, and your business email is set up properly.
If you’re still facing difficulties, consider reaching out to Wix support for further assistance.
Remember that DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate, so be patient while waiting for updates to take effect.

Hopefully, these steps will help resolve the issue and ensure your customers receive important emails from your site
