I’m having trouble with laying out items in a static way (fixed sizes, spacings, containers, fixed anchors inside, everything in px)

What I’m trying to do
Have the same layout as when my viewport width is 1280, but for all sizes.
What I’ve tried so far
Setting everything as fixed, using piles / containers / anchors doesn’t work. My container size doesn’t change yet the elements inside it seem to react to the viewport
