Hi,

This website URL appears to be incorrect or not working. Could you please share the correct URL?

A bit more background. I have optimized all images and converted them to webp and optimized for size. Have used the website speedy plugin, but did not help.

Yesterday, after optimizing LCP image, the very next image would present as LCP. Once optimizing that image, the previous LCP would present a problem once again. I’m trying to understand what is going on here.

Of course:

Hey there! It looks like your site’s performance is being impacted by the image causing a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) issue on mobile. This can be frustrating, especially when everything seems fine on desktop, right? :rocket: But here’s the thing: while the desktop version might load seamlessly, mobile users are feeling the delay, and that’s costing you potential conversions.

Based on the diagnostics, the image in question is taking a substantial amount of time to load, particularly during the ‘Load Delay’ phase, which is contributing to the LCP metric. To fix this, we can take a few smart steps:

  1. Image Format Optimization: Consider switching to more mobile-friendly formats, like WebP or AVIF, which load faster and maintain good quality.
  2. Image Lazy Loading: If the image isn’t crucial for immediate visibility, enable lazy loading so it doesn’t block the rest of your content from rendering.
  3. Responsive Images: Ensure the image is responsive, meaning it adjusts properly across various screen sizes without overloading mobile devices with unnecessary resolution.

As an alternative, you can also try this speed optimization app for Wix to improve LCP.
It takes like 5 minutes to setup and comes with 14 days free trial.
