Floatting button directing to Whatsapp doesn't work

hi guys I want to add a floating Whatsapp button, but after I pinned it to the page and publish, it just disappear and cannot see at all. But I can see it on WIx Studio, why??

Also I did not see pin to screen button; only pin to page

Check your docking and alignment from the inspector panel on the right.

In Wix Studio, to make an element appear on all pages, you need to set it as a Master.
