Form Submission Fields out of Order

So I created a Multi-Step form, but when client submits information it shows out of order in the email notification and the Wix Inbox. Any Ideas how to fix

But when I go to content Manager, I have it fixed in Sandboxed, then Synced to Live

Have you added code to your site or just added a multi step form from the Editor?
