Form Submit Button fails for 1 % of users - I am baffled please help

So I have a form with a submit button which lots and lots of customers use without any problems.

I have a customer who is highly computer literate who cannot submit despite having tried multiple computers,browsers, ip addresses, friends computer etc.

Once they click on the captcha and then the submit button nothing is ever submitted and there is never any redirect to a successful submission page.

They sent me a video to show they were correctly submitted but I am completely baffled as to what the problem may be?

Anybody got any suggestions please?

Not sure if you’re using new or old forms, but I realised that with old forms, if you have the setting to auto populate the email address, the system doesn’t let you submit unless you re-type the email address.

Not sure but maybe this is a clue, good luck!

Is this using the native forms? Or a custom build with inputs, and CMS?

Which editor are you using?
