forms: Auto-fill form with user data

Hi guys

On our website we have several forms.

  • contact form
  • feedback form
  • subscription form

We always ask for name, surname, email etc.

Now if a user is already is logged in, it would be great if the form auto-fills with the personal information of the user, saved in our customer database.

Is this possible and if yes, how?
