Google sheets automation to update job status to the customer

I’m not English, so this could, this might sound not professional because I’m not like super quality in English, but I will try to explain you what I’m trying to do is I’m trying to do automation, which is triggered from Google Sheets. And this automation would need to trigger like when technician is changing the status of the repair , let’s say, because we are fixing coffee machines. So when he is changing status from received to diagnose its triggering automation in wix to send email with update of the status. So for Google Sheets, we have automation in Wix, which is actually, there is a form. We are giving form to the customer. Customers filling out name, surname, email, mobile number, and this form is triggering automation in Wix, which is sending that data to Google Sheets,. So this, we are already done that, and this works pretty well. So all the customers, we have like 10 customers a day which are filling that form, everything works, so our technicians are getting that data into Google Sheets. But now, I would like to improve the customer service by when customer are asking like repeatedly what is the status of our work, right? So our technicians are changing some data in that sheets, and let’s say I will make a proper like column and they will be able to change status from, let’s say diagnose to waiting for parts. And this, I would like to trigger automation in Wix to send an email to the customer, and that’s it, actually. And I’m trying to find how to do it. Can you help me?
