Unfortunately you use zapier and zapier has a limitation of 1000 tasks per month which means my forms will be submitted for 1000 times in one month for 20 usd per month.
Ok I understand your concern, it means that every submission will cost you 0.02$ and if that’s not worth it Zapier is not the game for you. You could of course bulk send submission like once a day from Wix to Zapier so that all submission for the current day will be sent as one task maybe?
I use Zapier for basically all my projects for one reason only, I have never had any issues with unstable handling of tasks from their service and I think it’s worth every penny to have all my workflows in all projects work smoothly this way.
I also believe that the cost of creating your own code to work towards the Google Docs API will cost you more in time spent on creating the code actually. I have done one integration that way and it took me almost a week to develop so after that I just use Zapier because in that way I am saving money instead and can use the time on other tasks.
With Caspio? That is more than I know. You can trigger scripts in Wix Code by executing then on a schedule from services like easycron or similar. We use that when creating scheduled services in chatbots.
no its actually mulltiple third party which include data automation everyime you submit from google sheets
and it wil transpose to caspio then caspio will automatically generate to wix database . sounds amazing right.
coz as what i heard google sheets is now a universal tools for any automatic forms and data gathering so it will be more better if those three software wil be integrated.
