I’d like to see some improved aids to precise visual layout being added sometime, namely:

grids, guides, rulers & snapping

I know there are under-the-hood methods for laying things out pixel-perfectly, but for quick & precise visual UI layouting having these tools on hand would be of real benefit I think.

I also think adding these would fit well with Editor X’s graphic / visual design-oriented emphasis, being standard tools used by all graphic design apps.

Any prospect of these being added at some point?

the prospect exists, indeed, as I know there are some discussions on Rulers n Snapping between the Editor X team, but may I ask you, does the Grid n Gridlines in its current state need some improvement?
