So it would appear that Wix have taken their eye off the ball. I build Wix sites every day and am noticing a lot of glitches, technical issues slow support response and slow website speeds.
Constant issues with Wix not saving and wont publish.
Constant glitching of site elements.
Website speed is so slow that we are having to take video off most of our sites.
Expert support not reading emails correctly and giving answers to questions that were not asked.
I am currently sat at my desk trying to get a Wix site to save. If it does not save I will have lost 4 hours. Who should I send the bill to???
I have noticed some issues with wix data. Elements connected to a dataset is not displaying the content from the collection, in live site. Waiting a response from wix support.
I’m sorry that you’re experiencing these issues When it comes to technical issues, it’s impossible to know exactly what’s going on without a proper technical investigation by our customer care team - even if you’re experiencing an issue similar to someone else, it may be something completely different on your specific site or account.
Regarding speed, we’ve talked about this recently . We’re in the process of rolling out speed and performance updates and hope the gradual rollout is complete by the end of September.
Hi Sheyla. I am not sure about live sites but I sure am feeling a significant speed boost while using the classic editor. Specially while switching pages in a site that contains a lot of pages.
@pixelmediadesign … For saving issue …you can use Auto Saving feature in editor. So it will frequently save the editor state and atleast you won’t loose 4 hours of work. Can be activated /deactivated by pressing ctrl+shift+A.
