Here is the bottom of my home page, and on this page and all other pages in my site, the footer is not attaching to the bottom of the page and there is white space below it and overlapping the section I have above the footer.

If this is happening on every page it could be that you have the footer set to overlap section above. click on the footer and open the inspector panel on the right, the spacings should all be set to 0.
If I’m looking at the correct section in the inspector panel, it looks like all the spacings were already set to 0.
@rebecca89586 same is in Preview and on Live Site, right?
Maybe the footer gets corrupted, could you try to delete it and re-add it afterward?
