Setting header to scroll with site makes the overlap options disappear.

What are you trying to achieve:
I want to overlap the header with the next section, but scroll with the site. Setting it to disappear with a 0 delay or 0 duration still applies a delay and duration, making the header appear over content as I scroll. That’s not what I want. I want the header to appear over the background of the next section and scroll up without any delay.
What have you already tried:
Setting it to no delay, and no duration. Doesn’t work.
Is this a bug with the feature? Is there a different way to achieve this goal?
