No option for scroll effect with header?

Hello all,

I’ve started building a new website from a template and wanted to have the header overlap the section underneath it, but for some reason it’s not giving the option for changing the scroll effect. This option is available on my other Wix Studio sites, but not this one for some reason.

I could delete this site and start from scratch but it’s such a tiny problem, I figured I’d ask here first.

It’s the difference between being in Advanced Sizing vs not

If you’re not using Advanced Sizing, you’ll get the presets
