I’m after a bit of help!
I have a form, that submits an email via SendGrid and works brilliantly until someone submits an answer containing an ‘&’ and then the email still submits via SendGrid, but it cuts off at the & and doesn’t send the information typed/submitted after.
When I check the database, the reset of the form sits in the database as it should.
Is there a way to resolve this?

This is something that has been asked about previously in this forum and it is an issue on SendGrid’s side.
Please use the search function in this forum to find those previous posts and see if there was a solution to it.
Otherwise, you will need to go through SendGrid support and ask them for a solution for it.
