Hi,
I am trying to link to the profile page in the members area on my site. I have created business pages for each of my members in a separate dataset, and created dynamic pages from that database. On each dynamic page I want to place a button and link it back to the profile page which I have named about-me. Being this is a member page, I can’t link to it without selecting a user when I go to link the button to the url. (Ex. www.mysite/profile/shoops10/about-me)
I need a code that will let me identify the owner of the business page date from my dataset, and then link it back to the profile page in my members area. Ex…If I registered for www.mysite.com and became an active member, and then created a business page within the site, I want other members to be able to view my page, and click a button to see my about-me page.
So if I could find the owner id of the business page, and then link the url to the same about-me page id, I could create a back and forth for the two pages for each member. This is probably very simple, I just can’t link correctly. It either goes back to the current logged-in users about-me page, or the first name in the dataset…PLEASE HELP! @yisrael-wix
