Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced issues with a website built on WIX Studio, specifically when accessed from mobile devices? We’re noticing that after a short time of scrolling and navigating, the page crashes. We’ve tested it on multiple devices—iPhones, Androids—all updated, with cleared cookies, and across various browsers, yet the issue persists.
All tests were conducted on both Wi-Fi (with multiple providers) and mobile networks (4G and 5G from different carriers). We’ve tested rapid navigation through menus, switching languages, and similar actions. Regardless of the device, the page crashes, showing either “page not available” or errors like “the site is generating issues quickly,” etc.
We’ve made sure that:
- Cache was cleared, cookies deleted to avoid any interference from previous errors, etc.
- The issue is exclusive to mobile devices; desktop and tablet versions are working fine so far.
Has anyone encountered something similar or found a solution?
