Help to create a wave overlay on a strip background image?

Hello.

I’m trying desperately to create a wave type pattern over my hero image strip. I’ve had to resort to a PNG created in illustrator and imported as a PNG sitting above the current background image. See attached.

When previewing the site, I noticed my browser had horizontal scroll bars suggesting some element was off-canvas. As you can see in the other attached image, it was because I cannot get my PNG to stick to full browser width.

My ask of the kind members is to help me find a solution. Either via code or other means. If I was doing this in CSS, I’d use this method (with an SVG - https:// www. youtube. com/watch?v=pxDgD5JWdqg) but I don’t know if I can import this method into Corvid or if Wix Editor allows me to do it some way. Any suggestions?

Did you ever find a solution for this at all?

We have the same issue where the wave design goes over the page width and causing a scroll bar to appear horizontally.

If you could share your solution if you found one, it’d be a massive help! :grinning:
