Please help! So many moons ago (Still working on the site!) I managed to create Stripe account etc and created my own html button that links to a nice Stripe checkout page when customers purchase a membership I created via the Wix Paid Plans App (because Wix’s own little ‘pop-up’ window asking for credit card information with no information given to the customer about what it is they are actually purchasing is horrid). Long story, it works - as in, I have tested it and recieve payment in my Stripe account - but it seems that Stripe is not feeding back to Wix via the Wix Paid Plans to actually let me into that membership. To make it a bit simpler, I have a membership that once people sign up for it (let’s say it’s £5 a month) they can then access services at a discounted rate (lets say 10% off). Potential customers cannot access the discounted parts of the membership via Wix Paid Plans unless they purchase a membership - but when they do, using my Stripe button superimposed over the Wi’x own button, even after payment Wix itself is not recognising them as having paid for a service.
This is driving me INSANE. Please advise!
