Please add the actual code used on your page in a code block and not the error message.

“Some of the elements validation failed”,
Make sure that all of your user inputs are correctly setup and are all being used for the submission, if they are all setup as required then they all need to be having a value entered.

Make sure that any custom validation code used is also setup correctly.

Thanks for the kind answer, but I’m not expert in coding that’s why I couldn’t even find where is the code block. But I’ve looked that custom validations editor and change the code a little bit. Now it works !!! Thanks a lot
