Could someone explain to me why my Profile is now hidden from clients.
No problem for the last 10 yrs.

My profile is hidden now. I have tried many times to contact wix arena without success. Wonder if the program is dead? I have built over 100 websites with wix and just need to know if this will be resolved.

Please open a ticket from the right hand side of your Partner Dashboard and the Marketplace team will review your case.
I have tried many times to reach out to them from the contact link at the top of the screen ad you see below. I also called wix support and an agent sent a message to them but no reply. Like they disappeared.
I can’t find anywhere on my profile where to open a ticket.
It’s just so frustrating that they don’t reply for over a week.
I had 6 clients in negotiation and 3 ready to go. My computer broke down and I wasn’t able to reply to any requests and I think that’s why I was turned off but it seems impossible to get their attention.
Anyways, any help would be appreciated.
