Is it possible to hide product variants on Wix Store page?

What are you trying to achieve:
Still want to be able to filter by each of these on category page, just don’t need the dropdowns on each individual product. Any way to use JS to hide this element?
What have you already tried:
Wix Editor does not give an option to hide this element. This is generated with a data hook, so not sure how to hide using HTML or JS code.
