According to this article both the sale of tobacco and hookahs are prohibited to sell via Wix Stores. Wix Payments: Prohibited Products and Services | Help Center | Wix.com

i’ve tried setting up a shop for smoking stuff before, and wix made it super annoying bc of their strict rules. they block tobacco, vapes, all that, so you can’t list most products. if you wanna sell hookahs, tobacco, or vape gear, you’ll need a different ecommerce platform that allows it.
recently i found a shop that focuses on vape gear, like elfbar pro pods, and it’s way easier to find stuff with all the flavor options. feels way more flexible than wix.
