Horizontal Hamburger Menu or hide Anchor Menu

Hi,
I’m trying to build a one pager website with an anchor menu. For the mobile version I would like to minimize/hide the menu just like with an hamburger menu, but horizontally instead of vertical. For example how it is done here: https://elburrofranchises.no (only on mobile).

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve that?
