Horizontal Menu Bad Wix Implementation

When you use the vertical menu and click on a sub-menu item, the menu immediately collapses. When you mouse off the sub-menu, the menu immediately collapses. However, the horizontal menu will not collapse after a click and has a 2 second timer before closing after mousing off. Does anyone know how to get the horizontal menu to behave like the vertical menu.
